2.1 Personal Identification Data

Registering an account requires us to collect the information needed to establish and verify who you are: your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, email address, and the identifying details from your government-issued document. 2.2 Device & System Information

Your device automatically transmits certain operational data — including model, operating system version, network IP, and Google Advertising ID — which we use to maintain platform security and stability. None of this information is used for advertising or credit-scoring purposes.

2.3 App Inventory Metadata

To protect against fraudulent activity, the App may read metadata from other applications installed on your device — limited to package identifiers and installation records. No app content, passwords, messages, or usage data is accessed. This information is used solely for fraud prevention.

2.4 Camera Permission

Submitting identity documents requires camera access. Any image you capture is immediately encrypted and sent to server.nestcred.co for verification. Once the process is complete, the image is deleted. Camera access is never activated passively or without a direct action from you.

2.5 Location Access

If you grant permission, the App may use your approximate location to confirm that our service is available in your area. We do not collect or retain precise GPS coordinates, and location data plays no role in advertising or credit decisions.

2.6 Performance & Diagnostic Data

Anonymised, aggregated data about how users interact with the App — navigation paths, session lengths, and error events — helps us diagnose problems and improve the experience. This data cannot be traced back to any individual user.

Age Requirement

NestCred is built for adults. We do not accept registrations from individuals under 18, and our identity verification process is designed to detect and reject underage applications.
